Refund Policy

The club fee cost structure of a player’s participation is not variable. This means that if a player no longer plays with his or her team, the costs do not decrease: the Coach receives the same salary, the same gymnasium rental fees must be paid, and the team’s tournament entry fees are unchanged. Commitment to a team is a commitment to the financial obligations for the entire season whether you
complete the season or not.

What is refundable​

  • Tryout fee - tryout fee refund must request before the first tryout date. 

What is NOT refundable?

  • Club team membership - The club’s cost structure of an athlete’s participation is not variable. This means that if an athlete no longer plays with his team, the costs do not decrease: his Coach receives the same salary, the same gymnasium rental fees must be paid, and his team’s tournament entry fees are unchanged.

  • Tryout Fee - After the first tryout date.
